Recruiting Manager



  • 5 years of experience as a Recruiter and 3 years as a Manager
  • Knowledge and success in executing a full-cycle, high-quality recruiting process are required
  • Proven track record of experience in IT/Technology or Software industry
  • Strong personal network
  • Ability to manage a team while performing recruiting activities
  • Knowledge of reporting, data analysis, and understanding of recruiting metrics
  • Experience in building new processes, programs hiring initiatives that will raise the talent bar
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to take feedback and build strong positive relationships
  • Proven organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with challenging demands
  • High EQ (emotion IQ) is a demonstrated pattern of positively mentoring others around you
  • Business trips are required


  • Responsibility for the full cycle of recruitment and its strategy
  • Updating current and designing new recruiting procedures
  • Supervising the recruiting team and reporting on its performance
  • Keeping track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-fill and cost-per-hire)
  • Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting and Boolean searches)
  • Review recruitment software and suggest the best option for company needs
  • Searching for candidates for Senior/Lead/Architect positions
  • Cooperate with hiring managers in determining recruitment priorities
  • Coordinate with Account Managers to forecast future hiring needs and create strategy of hiring in Talent Pool
  • Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques
  • Recommend ways to improve our employer brand
  • Participate as company representative on different external events
