Must have:

  • Not less than 1,5 years of experience in IT
  • Understanding the specifics of the IT market and HR Management
  • Good written & verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a changing environment, flexibility, high level of empathy, ability to multitask, good organizational & presentation skills
  • Experience in MS PowerPoint, Google Doc, Excel, Canva
  • Strong Intermediate English level

Responsibilities:

  • On-boarding procedure and adaptation (office and remote)
  • Conducting the Assessment/Probation period/Performance reviews, one to one meetings, compliance with "Termination of the cooperation" procedure, conducting exit interviews
  • Documenting corporate culture issues into a knowledge database, and maintaining and updating it
  • Monitoring the situation in the teams: identifying conflict situations, advice, and assistance in solving
  • Conducting surveys/questionnaires
